Product Guarantee/Replacement Policy Guidelines

Our comittment to our customer product satisfaction is high and we are comitted to you in all aspects of offering profitable products and standing behind those products. As always should the item(s) be slow selling or defective from manufacturer we will continue to honor a policy of exchange or credit for future purchases. However, due to an ever changing world and increasing costs across the board in doing business we have had to add exceptions and guidelines to our policy. We know as a whole this will effect only a small number of our customers overall but we felt it was important to make you aware of these changes.


Our exchange/product guarantee policy is as follows:

Impulse Plus Inc. will exchange and/or replace products or give credit on next purchase for items that are slow moving after item has been offered for sale & on display in your store for a period of 6-8 weeks and up to 1 year from date of invoice. Exchanges made prior to that 6 week period, items with store price tags or damaged displays may incur a restocking fee.*


There are some exceptions to our product replacement policy and those are as follows:


  1. Federal/State Ban Enacted - Impulse Plus Inc. cannot control state or federal level laws and therefore  we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items if such a ban is imposed. We ask that the stores  be aware in regard to such products that the government could impose such bans on and only keep  no more than 2 weeks worth of inventory in stock.
  2. Products Not On A Invoice - if we cannot associate the return with a purchase we cannot take  the product for an exchange or offer a credit.
  3. Products that have a purchase date beyond 1 year from invoice date.
  4. Items must be priced at or below our MSRP, we cannot guarantee product will sell if priced higher.
  5. Products made unsellable during posession. Example: returns with missing components, sun bleached displays or product, melted,crushed etc. Note: this does not include items defective from manufacturer as long  as all original components are included with return, including broken parts.
  6. To be eligible for an exchange on an item delivered damaged you must contact Impulse  Plus Inc. with  in 2 days of delivery.

* basic restocking fees are 25%, but can be higher if display is damaged/unusable.
