Our exchange/product guarantee policy is as follows:
● To be eligible for an exchange on any item delivered damaged or incorrectly you must contact Impulse Plus Inc. with in 2 days of delivery. Some exceptions apply - please see below.
● Federal/State Banned Products cannot be returned for a credit - Impulse Plus Inc. can not control state or federal level laws and therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items if such a ban is imposed. We ask that the stores be aware in regard to such products that the government could impose such bans on and only keep no more than 2 weeks worth of inventory in stock. This includes vapes and all vaping devices. Including items banned to ship.
● Products not on an invoice - if we cannot associate the return with a purchase we cannot take the product for an exchange or offer a credit.
● Products made unsellable during possession will not be excepted for credit or exchange. Note: this does not include items defective from manufacturer as long as all original components are included with return, including broken parts.
● No masks, sanitizer or PPE of any kind due to Covid.
● No food items of any kind due to Covid - please watch expiration dates.
● Sale items or items deemed NO RETURN.
